Frequently Asked Questions

No.  At this time we are private-pay only and do not accept or work with any insurance plans.  However, a superbill is available upon request and may help you receive reimbursement from your insurance provider for out-of-network costs (depending on your plan).  Provision of a superbill does not guarantee reimbursement from your insurance provider.  Please refer to your health insurance plan to determine reimbursement eligibility.

Prior to starting services, it is the caregiver’s responsibility to contact their insurance plan to secure any necessary pre-authorizations.

We accept cash, check, debit/credit card, HSA/FSA payments.

We currently provide therapy services to those in Victoria, Texas.  If you live outside of this area, we have an office located at 1501 E Mockingbird St, Victoria, Tx.

No, we currently do not provide teletherapy services but will consider it if there is a need.  Please contact us to discuss.

We are happy to accept a recent evaluation and plan of care from other facilities or schools.  Please provide outside assessments before your initial appointment so the information can be reviewed, and the next steps can be determined.
